• Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

  Please get in touch via our contact form with your booking reference. Our team will assist you with any changes based on field availability.

What to Bring & Wear

• What should I wear to play paintball?

  Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing you don't mind getting dirty. Long sleeves and trousers are recommended. Sturdy footwear with good grip — trainers or boots — is essential for outdoor fields.

• Is protective equipment provided?

  Yes. All fields supply full-face masks, body armour, and coveralls as standard. Equipment meets safety standards and is provided on the day as part of your game package.

• Can I bring my own paintball marker?

  Policies vary by field. Some independent venues allow personal equipment; others require you to use field-supplied markers. Check with your chosen location when booking.

Membership & Passes

• What is mopVIP?

  mopVIP is our membership programme that gives you access to discounted paintball tickets across the Ministry of Paintball network. Members enjoy reduced rates on future bookings.

• What are WOW! passes?

  WOW! passes are pre-purchased game packages that can be redeemed at participating fields. They offer a convenient way to secure your paintball experience in advance. Visit the Passes page to explore options.

• How do I join mopVIP?

  You can sign up for mopVIP through the Get Passes page. Membership is purchased online and activated immediately.

On the Day

• How long does a paintball session last?

  Most sessions run between 3 and 6 hours, including a safety briefing, equipment distribution, and multiple game scenarios. Exact duration depends on the package you book.

• Are there indoor and outdoor fields?

  Yes. Ministry of Paintball gives you access to both indoor and outdoor independent fields. Outdoor venues often feature obstacles like tanks, forts, trucks, and bridges.

• Is there an age limit?

  Age restrictions vary by field and country. Many venues welcome players aged 12 and above, but we recommend checking with your specific location before booking.
